Bryant Borges is the Founder and Principal Leadership Consultant of BCS Advisors. Over a 16-year career spanning the Department of Defense, city government, behavioral healthcare, and private organizations, he has led people and operations in high-consequence environments where sustained pressure, complex decisions, and leadership capacity directly affect organizational performance.
He has advised senior military leaders, directed operations within a $90 million behavioral health enterprise, and led organizations of more than 300 professionals. Today, Bryant helps executive leaders and mission-demanding organizations expand their leadership capacity through the POISE™ Protocol and strengthen the organizational systems supporting sustainable performance.
Bryant is a Harvard University-credentialed Executive Leadership Coach, holds a B.S. in Psychiatric Rehabilitation, an M.A. in Practical Theology, an M.A. in National Security, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Statecraft and Strategy at the Institute of World Politics.
